United Way fundraising black out September 20 – November 15

UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN IS September 20 – November 15.  The Ft. Clatsop District Boy Scouts are a United Way Agency.
There is a blackout for ALL FUNDRAISING by any United Way Agency during this time.
The United Way has made an exception is the Council sponsored Annual Popcorn sale.
Re: fund raising.  If your unit is anticipating a fund raiser after November 15 please fill out a Fund Raising Form (found on the district blog under “council”.  These forms need to be submitted to Jeff Parker, District Finance Chairman, at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
