Long-range property plan task force created

Volunteer council leaders have assembled a Long Range Property Plan (LRPP) Task Force to study and develop a long-range plan for council properties.  The group of several dozen members, chaired by former council president Gene Grant, recently met to kick-off the effort and make plans for the coming months.

A primary objective of this group is to collect as much member input and opinions as possible, and to openly and actively communicate with members throughout the process, which should take about one year to complete.  One of the first steps will be a member survey, which will be released mid-June.  Members will also be invited to participate in at-camp chat sessions this summer, and encouraged to provide input to the process.
