First Ride for Ft. Clatsop Districts New Bicycling Crew

Crew 255 with Astoria American Legion as Chartering Organization took advantage of a day off from school combined with spectacular weather on Monday. They went on their first ride. Crew members and advisers met at the American Legion then rode to Ft. Stevens.

This crew’s primary emphasis is Bicycling.  In addition to bicycle maintenance and training they are planning a “cross country” trip to New York City in the summer of 2015.  If you have youth that are interested they can contact Bryce Nurding at 503-298-8919.
